Jordan's PM arrives in Baghdad
Jordanian Prime Minister Nader al-Dahabi arrived in Baghdad on Thursday for an official visit to Iraq aimed at enhancing bilateral relations, the Iraqi official television reported.
Dahabi, who is heading a large delegation of Jordanian ministers and businessmen, will meet with his Iraqi counterpart Nuri al-Maliki and other senior officials to discuss ways to promote bilateral ties, including economic, political and energy spheres, the state-run channel of Iraqia said.
The channel did not reveal the specific issues the two sides would discuss.
Jordan considers Iraq as the key trade partner and oil supplier for the kingdom.
