Chinese shares down 1.09% in morning session

Chinese shares went down 1.09 percent in the morning session Friday.

The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index dropped 1.09 percent to close at 3,026.92. The Shenzhen Component Index dropped 1.58 percent to 12,277.10 in the morning.
