Endeavour astronauts complete 1st of four spacewalks

WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 (Xinhua) -- Two U.S. astronauts of space shuttle Endeavour's crew have finished the first of four planned spacewalks of the mission, doing part of the cleaning and lube job for space station's right-side solar array gear.
