According to the Austrian News Agency, the spokesman said that the OSCE had not decided which member country should send the monitors and where would be the places for those monitors to work at.
The OSCE had planned to send 100 additional monitors to Georgia after the armed conflict between Russia and Georgia ended.
The monitors could be sent only after an official decision made by the OSCE, who was waiting for either Georgia or South Ossetia to inform the retreat of the Russian troops.
However, till Monday evening, no indications showed Russia began to withdrawal its troops from Georgia, as it promised in the ceasefire agreement, the Austrian Media said.
