TOKYO, May 16 (Xinhua) -- Japan's economy grew at an annualized rate of 3.3 percent in real terms in the January-March quarter, said a government preliminary report Friday.
On a quarter-on-quarter basis, Japan's GDP grew by 0.8 percent in the first quarter of 2008, the Cabinet Office said in the report.
