Their discussions will focus on the European summit due to take place in Brussels on Monday, the Swedish foreign ministry said in a statement.
The summit, called by French President Nicolas Sarkozy, will review the conflict between Georgia and Russia.
The three foreign ministers are expected to discuss the conflict and the Russian recognition of the two breakaway Georgian regions South Ossetia and Abkhazia.
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev Tuesday signed decrees recognizing the independence of South Ossetia and Abkhazia.
France is the current rotating presidency of EU, while the Czech Republic will be next and Sweden will take over from July in2009.
Carl Bildt voiced his criticism of Russia on Tuesday, saying the move was a violation of international law and the basic principles for stability in Europe.
Meanwhile, Hungarian Foreign Minister Kinga Goncz said on Wednesday that Hungary does not recognise the independence of either South Ossetia or Abkhazia.
The Hungarian News Agency MTI quoted Goncz as saying that Hungary considered it unfortunate that Russia had recognised the independence of South Ossetia and Abkhazia, for the move was not conducive to stability in the region.
This is an issue that needs to be resolved through negotiations, she said.
